Cable / Internet Information.
Cable
installation was completed June 30th, 2008 for all villages in
Stoneybrook! If you have not yet received HBL services and
would like to schedule an installation, please call
866-863-6064. If you already receive HBL service and have
a Tech support question, please call 877-425-7236.
HBL is currently
going through the process of "tweaking" the system which will
help optimize the system for our community. During this
hopefully short phase, there may be minor interruptions in
service to various villages.
IF YOU CANNOT GET
ON THE INTERNET
1. Turn off
your computer and unplug your modem
2. Wait 30
Seconds and plug your modem back in
3. Wait
until the "online" green light remains steady
4. Turn
your computer back on.
IF YOU HAVE A
ROUTER
1.
Accomplish steps one and two above and in addition, unplug
your router.
2. Do step
three above
3. Plug
your Router back in and wait until the green light comes
remains steady on your router
4. Turn
your computer back on
If these steps
does not get you back on the internet, please call the HBL tech
support line and submit a "trouble ticket."

cable/internet services:

Installation of a
fiber optic based cable system with (1)Ghz bandwidth
capacity with no more than 150 homes per node

Competitive bulk
cable/internet rates

Vast availability of enhanced
services including digital, high definition, premium
channels, pay-per-view, DVR, sports programming, VOIP, home
alarm security monitoring, etc.

Minimum guaranteed
internet access speeds of (6) Mbps download and
(1.5) Mbps upload

Contractual
safeguards (including liquidating damages and
termination provisions) relating to service, system
performance and other measures

Ownership of the
cable system infrastructure by the Association at
the conclusion of the contract.

Revenue sharing of 3%
of any optional or enhanced services rebated
directly back to the Association

Addition of 3,000
square foot expansion to the community fitness
center at no cost to the residents
