The Board of Directors ("the Board") consists of nine
elected members who are responsible for handling the affairs
of the Association. The Board has established various
volunteer committees to assist with monitoring the major
areas of the community. These committees consist of
Architectural Review, Gatehouse, Communications, Fitness
Center, Activities/Community Relations, Infrastructure, Beautification,
and Finance. These committees recommend
various policies and improvements to the Board. All
comments, recommendations and ideas should be communicated
to the respective committee for consideration.
The Board usually meets on the third Tuesday of each month. The Board meetings are held in the
Fitness Center Activities room and usually begin at 7pm. Meetings are open to all
residents to observe. We encourage residents to attend the
monthly meetings to learn about issues affecting our
community.
